Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) are critical components of the innate and adaptive immune response and are useful tools for in-vitro and ex-vivo immunoassays, cytotoxicity and infectious disease studies, cancer research, and in drug development and discovery.

We isolate canine PBMCs from whole blood using Ficoll and density gradient centrifugation, and provide a cryopreserved, highly purified subset of these cell populations. Our canine PBMCs are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, fungi, and yeast. Available fresh or frozen upon request from young and old dogs of either gender. Frozen cells are cryopreserved in CryoStor® CS10. Custom quantities available. Certificate of Analysis (CoA) available upon request.

Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) are also known as: Blood cells, immune cells, PBMC cells, mononuclear cells from peripheral blood, MNC-PB, peripheral mononuclear cells, PMNCs, mononuclear cells, and MNCs.
